A page list is a saved Confluence query with its own Discord slash command. It can also appear as a button on a published panel.

Define the list

Open Commands, select New page list. Select a source:

  • Recently updated pages
  • A Confluence space
  • Selected labels

Optional filters can use title text, an updated window, direct parent page, original author, or last updater. Choose which fields appear in compact rows and on the details card, then choose a unique slash command name.

Under Pages to include, choose All matching pages or First N pages. New lists default to All; existing lists keep their saved number. First N limits the selected result set, while Discord's message size determines how many rows appear at once. There is no 25-page selection ceiling.

Rows show Updated as a complete numeric date with a four-digit year in the selected Card language. Select Updated on the details card to retain the full date and time there.

If a parent page is new and does not appear in search, paste its URL from the current Confluence site into the page picker to load it directly. In Space Settings, the page must belong to the current space.

Control sharing

Results are private by default. Enable channel sharing only when people should be allowed to post a result from this list to the current Discord channel. Every open, refresh, and post evaluates the saved query against live Confluence using the invoking member's linked Atlassian identity.

Next immediately shows further results. When pressed on a public result, it opens private continuation for the clicking member without changing the channel message. Their permissions and current matching pages can differ from the original sender's. Reopen the list if the paging session expires or Firnity Discord for Confluence restarts.

The editor previews both Page list and Page details. A preview message is separate from saving and does not change the list.

Save and register the command

Saving stores the list before Discord slash-command registration is updated. If Discord registration is temporarily unavailable, the saved list remains in Confluence settings and a warning explains that slash commands were not updated. A later ordinary page-list or command save retries registration from the current saved configuration.

Before deleting a page list, remove it from every active panel that uses it. If a panel still depends on the list, deletion is rejected and the dependent panels are identified.
