Active license

With an active license, authorized administrators and linked users can use the enabled workflows their Confluence and Discord permissions allow, including sending previews, publishing panels, delivering notifications, and creating Confluence content.

Inactive license

Administrators can still inspect, repair, disable, and delete existing setup. The app blocks actions that create or enable configuration, send or preview Discord content, publish panels, or write Confluence content. Event delivery attempts are recorded as unlicensed.

Check the entitlement

An Atlassian organization or site administrator can review the app under Confluence Manage apps. Atlassian documents that area in Manage your apps.

If the entitlement appears active in Atlassian but the app still reports it as inactive, record the visible status and time, then contact support. Do not send billing details, payment-card information, or credentials.
