Is Firnity Discord for Confluence publicly available?

Does linking my account give Discord more Confluence access?

No. Linked workflows use your Atlassian identity and remain limited by your existing Confluence permissions.

Are search results posted publicly?

No. Commands return private results unless you explicitly choose a post or share action.

Does Send preview save or enable a resource?

No. A preview is a separate test message. Save page lists and commands. Save and enable notification rules and scheduled summaries. Save and publish panels.

Can a notification go to one person instead of a channel?

Yes. Notification rules and scheduled summaries can use Direct message and one linked Discord member as the destination. Panels are published to server channels.

What is the difference between a scheduled notification and summary?

A scheduled notification groups activity that matched a rule. A scheduled summary queries fresh Confluence pages when it runs.

Why is a Discord channel marked Needs access?

The app can see the channel but lacks one or more permissions required by the selected feature. The editor lists what is missing.

Why is a saved channel marked Unavailable?

The app can no longer view it, it was deleted, or it changed to an unsupported channel type. Restore View Channel or select another destination.

Can a space panel use a global command?

No. A space panel can use only page lists and create-page commands owned by that same space. A global panel can use global or space-owned targets.

How many attachments can a create-page workflow accept?

At most five. Each file must be no larger than 10 MiB and must also fit Discord's effective limit. All files together must be 25 MiB or less.

What should I do after a failed send?

Check the failure detail and the Discord destination before trying again. The message may already exist even when the app could not record completion.
