Find page returns too few results

Link your account, then confirm that:

  • The Confluence site is explicitly connected to the Discord server.
  • The server's Find page policy allows your use.
  • Your linked Atlassian account can open the page in Confluence.
  • Your query uses words from the page title.

If the link request expired, start a new one from the Firnity Discord for Confluence account connection page. Requests are one-use and expire after five minutes.

A page list or custom command is missing

Only saved resources configured for the connected site and scope are registered in Discord. Global Settings lists global resources. Space Settings lists only resources owned by that space.

If a save warning says Discord slash commands were not updated, keep the saved configuration and retry with a later ordinary page-list or command save. Do not recreate the resource under a new name unless the saved one is actually wrong.

A panel or panel button is missing

Confirm that the panel was saved and published after its latest edit. Every button must target a saved page list or create-page command. A space panel can target only resources from the same space.

If deletion of a page list or command is blocked, open each panel named in the message, remove that target, save and publish the panel, then retry deletion.

Create page or a quick action fails

Check that your Discord identity is linked and the linked Atlassian account can perform the action in the target space. For page creation, also verify the parent page and attachment limits. For linked threads, verify the destination's thread permissions.

If the result says the page was created but a follow-up failed, open the existing page and address the attachment or Discord warning. Do not create a duplicate.

Share to Discord shows no destination

The Confluence action lists only enabled, healthy notification rules that match the current page. Ask an administrator to create or repair a matching global or space rule, then reopen Share to Discord.

Link previews do not appear

Pasted-link previews are disabled by default. An administrator must enable the policy for that connected server and enable Discord's Message Content privileged intent. The Create Confluence page message command does not need that intent.
