Use /find-page in Discord to search page titles. Results are private until you choose an action that posts one to the channel.
Results show up to ten complete pages at a time. Long rows can produce a shorter page to fit Discord's message limits. Choose Next to continue, or Details beside a result to inspect it. Search continues beyond the first 100 matches when Confluence has more results.
Find a page
- Run `/find-page` and enter words from the page title.
- If asked, link your Atlassian account and run the search again.
- Open a result's details to confirm the page, space, and other visible fields.
- Select the clickable page title to open Confluence or, when allowed, choose 📤 Post to channel.
The command searches live Confluence across sites explicitly connected to the Discord server. A linked member sees only pages available to that Atlassian identity. If an administrator allows All users, an unlinked member searches through the app's Confluence access; a linked member still uses their own identity.
Page details keep 💬 Comment, 📄 Child page, 🏷️ Labels, and 📤 Post to channel together in one action row. Publicly shared details omit the channel-post action. Confluence actions retain your linked account and page permissions.
Use a saved page list
Run /page-list and select a list, or run a custom page-list command created by an administrator. The result is evaluated live with your linked identity. Channel posting appears only when the saved list allows it.
The saved list selects All matching pages or First N pages. A Discord message shows the rows that fit; Next shows further results directly. On a public list or summary, the continuation appears privately and leaves the channel message unchanged. It uses your linked Confluence identity and may differ from the original sender's results.
Paging sessions expire and end when Firnity Discord for Confluence restarts. If a session is unavailable, reopen the saved list or run the search again. For a summary, ask an administrator to run the summary again.
Share from Confluence
On a Confluence page, open Share to Discord to post the current page to a healthy saved notification destination. If the page was created with a linked Discord thread, the same action can show that discussion so you can return to it.
Pasted Confluence links
Pasted-link previews are disabled by default for each connected Discord server. When an administrator enables them, the app previews only links from explicitly connected Confluence sites and applies the configured Connected users or All users policy.
